Extended Christmas Returns Policy

  Purchases made between November 1, 2024, and December 24, 2024, are eligible for return or exchange until January 9th, 2025.

• Eligible Products:
  All watches, accessories, and gift bundles are included in this extended return policy, provided they meet our standard return conditions (see below).

• Condition of Items:
  To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

• Proof of Purchase:
  A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included with the returned item to process your return.

• Refunds:
  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected by our team. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. We will of course do our best to speed up this process. 

• Exchanges:
  If you'd like to exchange your item for a different model, color, or strap, simply let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist with your exchange request, subject to availability.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

2. Package Your Item:
   Safely package your item in its original packaging, including all parts, and ship it back to us. Please ensure the parcel is properly sealed and protected and sent back via recorded delivery.

3. Processing Your Return/Exchange:
   Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. If opting for an exchange, we will ship your replacement item as soon as possible, subject to stock availability.
